William Carn is one of Canada’s leading and most talented trombonists and jazz composers. His debut release, Other Stories, was nominated for a 2007 Juno Award as Traditional Jazz Album of the Year.
He is a very sought after Jazz artist, who has performed and recorded with a number of Canada’s Jazz greats, including Halario Duran, Rob McConnell, Don Thompson, and many many others.
He is a regular member of the Stratford Shakespeare Festival Orchestra, and a member of many musical ensembles including David Clayton-Thomas, Hilario Duran Big Band, and others. He is also a faculty member of the University of Toronto’s Jazz Studies Program.
