The Jazz Room is a welcoming music venue dedicated to the best in jazz music presentations. Home to the Grand River Jazz Society (GRJS), the club has a dual mandate—to support exceptional musicians from our own community and to invite talent from elsewhere for local audiences to hear. The Jazz Room is a family friendly venue.
Located at the Huether Hotel in Uptown Waterloo, the Jazz Room presents live music on Friday and Saturday nights on a continuous rotation of professional musicians, from September to the end of June.
For Season 14 we will continue with a two set format. The show will start at 8:00 (doors open at 6:30) with the second set to start around 9:30. For matinees, the doors will open at 3:00 with the first set commencing at 4:00
Tickets must be pre-purchased on-line via our “Tickets” link. All ticket sales are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full. Tickets will be available at the door ONLY when capacity limits allow and using credit or debit card. No Cash. We encourage EARLY ticket purchasing and please arrive early if you are a larger group.
